Look, I know it sucks, but that's not a scam. The odds for each tier are posted ahead of time. 6% legendary chance on a Sacred shard is 1/17ish. Ancient and Void is 1/200. The only way anyone would consider giving a refund is if you literally did not get what was in the pack. I'm sorry you didn't get anything good, but that's the way it goes with these types of games.
