Hello, I don't know how to do it anymore. 

I'm sure I didn't violate any rules and yet I take Ban for no reason, 

surely this can only be a bug or the chat word filter is not suitable for PT-BR ... 

I am loving playing is really very good but Sincerely these two Ban in one week, for no reason is discouraging ... 

I spent the whole weekend without chat ... I thought Ban was until 09-09 until 3:00 ...in respecting Staff, I decided to wait ... but only now I noticed it's until 09-12. This is totally absurd since I don't even know what I did, just talking normal about the game in chat ... I would suggest that you review the chat filters for PT_BR language to avoid these problems for Players and Staff. 

Unfortunately there are a lot of people taking unnecessary Ban ... is what you see most in the chat people complaining. 

This is really very frustrating! I ask you to understand my reason and suggestion.
