Hello support, 

I am not sure why but I have posted in account issue and bug report. I have not gotten a response at all. I purchased a beginner progression pack. At level 31 you receive a legendary crystal. When the level 31 was attained to crystal became available. I would like to receive at the very least the item owed. I do not know why I have not received some response at all. Can someone help me out here. I do appreciate a response.
