Yesterday I went into the shop, I paid the 380 gems for a pack that had several rare shards among other things.

The gems were taken from my total, but I did not receive any of the shards etc.

I've looked in the treasure box icon on the top right, and when I go into the portal none of the shards are there apart from the common ones I already had.

If you could please advise as to how this occurs and what can be done to fix it I would greatly appreciate it.
