Mission Step to perform Demon Lord (Nightmare) damage of 39,000,000

Mission issue not giving credit. I am on the mission for Arbitor step where I am required to get 39,000,000.  I’ve now tried 2 days in a row.  Today I took screen shots.


The Problem is my mission does not give me credit.  See attached pics:




What am I doing wrong?

Well it reset and I got no communication here or on my in game bug reports.  Still no credit at all.  Here are screen shots I took just before reset, and after of my mission not giving credit.  I’m not sure what more I could do to communicate with your team to fix this issue.

I’m having the same issue and well and cannot get Plarium support to acknowledge/respond to my help tickets

I think I’ve made them aware through Discord, but who knows how long it’ll take if it gets to the devs...

Did you ever get a response about this / did the issue resolve itself? I'm having a similar problem today with the 100 million CB damage mission.

Hi guys, please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you.

Regarding the issue with the Clan Boss progress mission, the damage needs to be done specifically on that difficulty (progress mission instruction has been slightly changed to reflect this). Also if you attempt a lower difficulty Clan Boss first thing after reset before hitting the required one, the progress doesn't count correctly.

Please let me know if you're still having issues with this, provide me with your User ID and I will get support to take a look.
