Yesterday I lost a Clan boss key due to my game freezing up while loading my second attack. Couldn't do anything else than reload the game. I got a popup about the unfinished battle and sent in a ticket.

Afterwards I sent a message to support to explain the situation, added a screenshot of the frozen screen and asked about my lost key. 

I still didn't get any response. Nothing! 

How can I get my key back? It's ridiculous to lose one like this. While you only get a few every day. Now I also lost the potential rewards. 

What should I do with this?
