Similar for me too.

Game near constantly either pauses or completely locks up. Very unstable.

More of the pausing since the last content update.

Not only during combats, but whenever I'm doing just about anything. I've even lost shards because of it.

Description of the issue:

The game will randomly freeze up requiring a hard close and reopen of the app.

This happens in battle, opening shards, middle of zone loading or pretty much anywhere at anytime.

NO ERROR MESSAGE IS GIVEN.

Game Version: 1.10.0

I have the same problem.  Happened in mid battle in campaign, dungeons, and arena.  Force quit the app and restart work fine for a little while and then the freeze up happened again, again, and again.  Never have this problem prior to ver 1.10.

OS: Android 8.0.0

More info for the developers in case anyone ever reads this.  I have a new Samsung phone which doesn't have the hang issue, but I continue to get the issue on my tablet. Issue can occur almost anywhere, loading most screens, or mid battle in dungeons, campaign or arena. 

Phone - Samsung S9 with Android 9.0 - No hangs

Tablet - Samsung Tab S2 with Android 7.0 - Lots of hangs. Later versions of Android not available from Samsung for this device.

Same issue as well.  Random freezes with no way to prepare for them.  Losing everything from energy to clan boss keys.  Can vary all over time wise. 30 minutes after playing or 5 seconds after playing

Same here, Honor View 20 with Android 9.  Some days no problems then sometimes several freeze like today, unplayable...

I have a note 8 and have been experiencing the endless h!ngs as well, however, I have reduced them significantly by reducing the graphics quality in the settings.  I used to be able to play at Ultra high, but had to go down to Medium recently to play.  Those of you having problems may want to try this to see if it helps you as well.

So after reducing the graphics to low and reducing the frame rate to 30, I am still locking up.  Seems to happen more frequently with apps running in the background, even simple phone opperation apps, like contacts or text messaging. I have even tried cleaning up disk space and uninstalling unused apps from my Note 8.  I am still seeing game lock ups.

I updated and now I experience the freezes other players describe fairly regularly while in battle but also while browsing the champions or switching screens. Very annoying and costly for energy, boss keys and so on.

Hello, love the game. I spend 14+ hours a day on it. I have already spent thousands of dollars on this game. The past 5 days my game freezes randomly while loading battles or in battle. I have lost hundreds of energy for the freezing. Is there any way I can get compensated for the lost of my time and energy? Thank you for your time
