I use plaruim play on a windows 7 PC have done everything and still cannot access Tournament or events even though I am connected and playing the game fine. emailing suppoprt did no good the only give me instructions for mobile
in the events only one of them are affected still the artifact one and all of the tournaments. I am behind a VPN also
reset plarium cache and still doing the same thing. only thing I can think of as was playing when noticed it was yesterday microsoft blocked a few IP's for trying to log into my email account entering wrong pw that were not me. if the IP changes for those things it may just be grabbing some of them.

Try using a VPN before you open the game, this typically fixes it for other users.

My computer starts with VPN. trying a couple recommendations that they suggested in email. but I refuse to uninstall and reinstall again done it way to many times. wil pass lead of clan and be done if it don't get fixed without uninstalling and reinstalling.
log and pp log txt submitted to them.. will give em a bit of time with that and start deleting all the new emails that for some reason think I am on mobile when I am not but this can't be an internet connectin issue as it only affects events and tournaments I can play te game as connected @ natalia
