Drillmaster Piercing Shot upgrades are incorrect.
His default attack clearly applies 25% increase attack for two turns on self "if the attack is critical".
Buff/debuff % chance will not apply, and leveling up his skills shows it isnt a damage increase.
Drillmaster recieves no benefit to those two book upgrades, limiting his potential.
There is an example on another thread regarding Doomscreech on the date of 07/29/18, which was confirmed to be an issue and was later changed to remove the buff/debuff chance and replaced with damage +10% instead.
