Hey there! So my referral accounts finished getting to level 50 a few hours ago, i was able to claim the sacred shard from each of them. But the bonus sacred shard is not lighting up for me to receive. I've claimed all other rewards as well. It's also not unlocking other referral links as it says they need to hit level 50 still. The problem is they are all already level 50. I provided a screenshot as well. I've reset plarium, deleted cache. Restarted computer. Waited a few hours logged off. Nothing seems to fix. Any support would be great.
