Like the hundreds of other players reported in this thread in previous posts, the referral program is broken and the support team hasn’t done anything but provide the generic answer of “it is working as intended and he must have downloaded and played the game before”

As nicely as I could, I’ve been calling it BS since I’ve watched my colleague literally download it from his phone. And we went through his iPhone’s app download history and confirmed it’s never been downloaded before.

Plarium should be able to conduct research on his game ID as well to see whether or not I am telling the truth (um14019933 | 13826857)

For a second test, I’ve asked another colleague to download and play the game as well using his phone which we also confirmed he’s never played nor downloaded the game before.

Can Plarium support actually do something about this? It’s extremely frustrating that I’m not getting the extra bonus rewards as they’ve invested a good amount of time into this game.

It’s a great game and I’ve also invested a lot of time and decent amount of money to support it, so it’s extremely disappointing that no actions has been done to resolve this. Least they could do is manually place my friend into my referral list so I can collect the rewards.
