Pretty sure I have had roughly 1050 energy (3x 250 + 1x 300) as well as a 3-day xp boost sitting in my gift box, all still with 30+ days left. Checked a few minutes ago and neither is there anymore!

My giftbox has filled up over the last few days and reached max capacity. Based on the current situation I have the suspicion that the box works based on the LIFO system, meaning it starts dropping out old content if new content is put on top. There is no warning or information on this anywhere though, so how should players know this? The way it is set up is bordering on criminality, as this exact thing could cause purchased items to drop out!

Right now I feel cheated of those items I lost and would like to get them returned ASAP! Also wrote a support ticket on this particular case. 

Overall there should not be an automatic replacement, but rather an information popup warning the player that full capacity is reached, as this can only be seen within the giftbox screen. From this warning Popup, allow players to either discard the item that would go in or make place within the giftbox, e.g. by allowing them to sell amassed gear directly from the giftbox.

Hope this issue gets resolved fast, as this is vastly decreasing my interest in continuing to play this game. I have read enough posts of items missing from the giftbox to guess that there’s an issue buried somewhere within this system, but now that I am affected myself I know and can confirm there is.
