I write this post out of pure frustration.

I have sent multiple customer service support tickets, with zero result.

I have posted in discord but reports multiple times with zero result.

I have DM'd with mods multiple times with zero result.

You cannot have a company this big and not have a way to resolve individual user's issues!!

I have a referral user who I am not getting my prizes for. I have contacted multiple times about this and you are doing NOTHING to fix it.

During the period where the servers were crashing after the update I was losing about 40-60 gems a day due to crashes. You promised multiple times to compensate us but have done nothing.

Please DO SOMETHING!

It is not good enough to just say "oh we don't compensate on an individual level. If a user gets screwed over because of your bugs, you have a responsibility to fix their problem.
