I understand about the whole gem thing, but this isn’t about that so let’s make it clear. 

You guys only allow five purchases every month for ancient shards, and due to this multiple refresh of market bug I was only able to purchase two ancient shards through market.  I’ve waited a whole month to be able to get these shards and you took it away with your 1.8 update. It’s these little things that make people quit. I already submitted a ticket in game which got a no reply auto response. I talked to mods on discord and no one cares. Is this how you treat your customers/users?
