Ditto, I'm getting same crashing issue. Sometimes can run perfect if lucky but once I back out seems to want to reset the crashing issue and crashes my game when try do another battle. 

I've probably lost 100 odd energy over past 1-2 days from crashes.

I've got feeling they need to upgrade their servers to higher performance to handle the massive player base that has just come in from all their advertising (including me, only been playing for about 2 weeks) but crashing issue only been happening for about 4-7 days for me, on and off. But recently got worse?

My game constantly crashes when I try to start a game, which means I lose energy, keys, coins...etc.  I've sent a bunch of emails to Plarium and no response.  I guess they don't give a crap.  I've lost so much energy, keys, coins...etc. since the game started crashing (in the hundreds) and I contemplate if I want to continue playing this game when this issue continues to hinder my progress.  

Also, a little window pops up when I relog asking me if I want to report this issue for their tech support to see.  I've clicked yes every time but wonder if they even see that, since this issue continues to occur today.  I honestly think Plariums should reimburse us for the energy, keys or coins we've lost.

Are you being sarcastic?  Like I've said, the game has the most recent update. I get notices to update to the latest version.
