I don't know why is this still not fixed, here is the video. Athel has last turn of 50%ATK buff, she does her A3, for example to pass a turn to get A2 ready, also AUTOATTACK does it all the time, and voila! - she has no buffs at all.

It probably happens because end of the 50%ATK buff somehow triggers her own buff that by the way only will start next turn. I think this is crazy bug and not a game mechanic at all.

The best way how it should work is all the buffs should have their own timers, and only best buff should work in moment. Like you can have both 25% and 50% buffs but only best will work and If 50% ends, but 25% still has a turn or two, then 25% should resume working.
