I encounter an error screen, but when I retry the stage/clan boss ,my energy/key is consumed twice, as if the first try was valid.

The first image is when I do a stage.

The second one is after i encountered the same screen, then logged out of the game (for fear of the same thing happening) and when I logged on my key was gone (it was  the gift key from the update).  As you can see, it says I already did a key on that boss, that was from my key which was naturally generate every 6 hours
