Have encountered the above issue on 3 separate occasions, so i'm short changed for quite a lot of XP Brews completing 3 separate missions from Part 3/4.

Devs, please look into this. More importantly, the whole idea is we are grinding towards to the Arbiter, what is the guarantee that it wont be missing becos of this bug?
