Yeah the in recoverable freeze is Slowly killing this game

The CM Valkyrie said in another thread about this issue: "Yes, sadly it's a known issue, and we’re working with the QA and dev teams to get it solved ASAP. This problem should be fixed in update 1.8, which will be released shortly. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience!"

So hopefully we'll get 1.8 soon for iOS.

This is still a problem post the update please be aware game developers

Found a way to bypass the crashing and losing keys, coins or energy.

Every time you do finish a battle and get credited your rewards, exit the game app (close it) and reload the game.

This way, you won't get a game crash at all when you go into another battle. YES this is very Annoying and Tedious but until they fix the issue with this crash everyone seems to be getting, this is the best way to prevent you from losing keys, coins or energy.

It seems to me with personally owning an Text-Based RPG game online in past and knowing how sometimes errors can mess with the script.. I'm guessing when you finish a fight on this game, it sends an "Invalid Value" and when you attempt to go into another fight, this value can't load and sends an error, making the game freak out and crash on you to prevent damage.

You click on your player icon in the game and then use the "support" tab to raise one. You fill out a title, select the type of bug/issue then enter a description and image if you have one of the specific issue. If you're ticket won't submit due to a greyed out "submit" button, a common issue is not having included a title, so check that first.

Plarium then sends you an automated message saying that they won't respond to your ticket, provides a list of known issue, then that they will ignore all of the details you took the effort to send them will contact you if they need any further information and have yourself a nice day!

Don't waste time raising tickets. Best way is to start a thread on Reddit or here and get some traffic to it as they try to ignore as much as they can until they're forced to react due to players actually getting so annoyed that they take to social media or the forums.

Shame they don't just investigate the detailed reports they get in-game, but perhaps they save on having customer service staff.
