A you certain you just haven't run out of double XP time? It's indicated by a yellow 'XP' symbol on the main page and a few other locations if it's active, a dull grey if it's expired. You can acquire more through various sources including weekly quests (possibly monthly as well), in certain in game purchases, and with gems from the shop.
