Way to reproduce : put a lifesteal set on any champ and start a campaign level

I don't think that the probleme come from the device or the OS, it is more of a game bug.

I noticed that sometimes the lifesteal set is not healing as much as it should.

In fact, it does not heal "30% of the damage output" like other games with similar gameplay (summoners war for example but not just this one) but more like "30% of the smaller value between the damage output and the enemy's actual hp"
