During my most recent minotaur battle Lyssandra was debuffed with a decrease spd and decreased def.  I believe this was in round 2 of 3.  These 2 debuffs stayed on her permanently for the rest of the battle (Part 3 of 3 also) and did not wear off after 2 rounds.  I don't know if the debuffs were activated or not during the fight, but the icons showed up the whole time and they appeared under the 'info' button when I looked. 

I hope this information is enough to give you guys a start in the right direction.
