I lost six arena levels from Gold IV to Silver II without losing any arena battles since reset. I was bumped to Gold I after the last arena rewards. Then I woke up a day later in Silver III. I fought winning battles in silver III this morning, but then logged in later today to find myself in Silver II. 

Is it bugged? Can it be restored? Or can I have bonus tokens to fight it back up?

We had no report from this type off issue with arena. Its not possible to restore. Please check your battles and if you find any problem please report to our in game support.
