I had the exact problem last time, too

This has happened 3 times to me.  But worse, the game didn't give me the option to get my daily login reward, which today is the sacred shard.  It doesn't appear that there is a support system in place, either.  I've never received a response from a real life human.  I have 3 accounts.  I'm willing to spend money on all 3.   But not if there is no support system.  And not if I can't get satisfaction.  Those shards are too important to get screwed out of receiving them.

This has happened 2 times so far to me.
