Clan Related Issues

I joined a clan over 3 weeks ago. Everything was fine at first, but later in the day I noticed my Clan Screen was not loading. I went to the homepage and saw this symbol [] where the clan name is supposed to be. Since then I have not been able to do any thing clan related. I can’t view the clan members, can’t access clan boss, can’t leave the clan or join another. The clan leader says I don’t show up on his list, but when he or others view me, it shows I’m in the clan. I’ve relogged, rebooted, re-downloaded, and loaded on another device. I’ve reached out to Support several times and have not gotten a response. I’ve spent some money on this game and would like to have access to all its features. Please let me know if this is something that can be fixed. It’s now 3 weeks of waiting, missing out on clan rewards, and not being able to progress in missions due to clan boss related challenges.
