I submitted a ticket in game and have not got a response in almost a week now.

I sent a referral request to my wife and she used the link which sent her to the apple app store and  then downloaded the game. I do not see her on my friend referral screen nor am i getting any rewards for it. She seemed to have gotten some sort of reward from using the link. As, this was not an option when I started I could not confirm if it was just something new for new players or it was rewards from the friend system.

So what is up? Why do I not see her as my friend and why am I not getting any rewards? her email linked to her account is "[email protected]" and user name is "zombiequeenz"
