Recently I reached level 60, and I can’t see the purchasable reward. I only ever get a level reward once and have saved up for this. 

I also have blank shop screens... but I still get notifications of new deals. If I close it, I can’t pick them back up... because ship screens are blank. 

I have submitted a ticket... which I have no faith in being read as the three before got a generic answer and told to come here. 

I hope I am allowed access to the packs I am missing because of a technical bug in your system since patch 1.7.
