I was battling the clan boss, halfway through the fight, the servers disconnected and the game crashed, through no fault of my own. none of the damage i dealt to the clan boss was recorded and my key was gone upon logging in again. if i pay cash money for gems, then i spend 100 gems on a clan boss key, then your servers have an issue and my key is wasted and my battle is un-recorded, then you need to be prepared to either give me free keys, pay me back 100 gems, or give me my cash value equivalent. failure to do so could lead to consumers filing civil law suits. not saying that is what i am going to do, but i want to take this situation to point out the legal danger your company is in when a customer pays for a service and a service is failed to be rendered. it is in my hopes that i will either be given a replacement key or 100 gems to supplement the resources spent.
