CB chests not received
Hi.
I was fighting the CB, when the message in CC came up that it is defeated. My damage was still stated, but I haven't received the chests.
25 minutes wasted. :/

Well. That is getting ridiculous!
With the help from the forum moderators I've received а reply from TS (who needs replies to open tickets or forum threads 🤣) . That wasn't the reply I was hoping for: "We are not able to verify if the player have received the reward or not. However, we can assure that there is no known issue with CB rewards. The player must have not reached the minimum score needed for the reward."

How about that? More than 12kk worth in 3 keys. The last key (~4.5kk) killed the Boss. And the reward is only offered for 8kk-11kk. It is AN ISSUE in my books. Exactly the same issue as this morning. Just last time 1 key was enough to get the highest chest and kill the boss.
