Hello, i have been using Rae and her third skill is supposed to remove all buffs, no percentage chance just AoE remove all buffs with the rest of the skill move set. But it removes some heroes buffs but will miss a hero here and there. Mainly in arena i see it vs peoples shields sets. I go first to remove there shields and it only takes 2 or 3 of the shields off not all four players like it should. Wondering if this is working how its intended or if this is a bug?

Can some one look into this please.
