Clan quests appear to not be working on 2 different accounts

On pc account:

* Upgrade 20 uncommon champions to rank 3. 20/20 completed which is showing correctly but it is still showing Quest Taken and therefore unable to complete quest.

On a different mobile account:

* Place 50 ATK buffs, classic arena - showing quest taken but not moving from 0 (should show 8)

* Place 50 DEF debuffs, classic arena - showing quest taken but not moving from 0 (should show 7) 

Also still showing 0/3 personal quests although showing the 2 quests taken. Finally had to close and reopen game for the account to show that I had selected the above quests
