Divine Life and Divine Offense Artifact Gear disapearing

Hello,


This past weekend I purchased 3 sets of Divine Life Gear and Divine Artifact gear.  I equipped some of them and kept some in storage for use on later champions.  Today I noticed the Divine Offense gear that I had not equipped was gone except for one piece.  Also, when I swapped one pair of divine life boots with another already equipped on a character, the pair that was equipped did not reappear in my inventory and is now gone.


All in all the gear that should be in my inventory that is not there are:

2 x Divine Offense weapons

2 x Divine Offense shields

1x Divine Offense gloves

1 Divine Life boots


Please look into this and fix it.  It is a great game, but losing $100 of gear really sours my taste for it.

Hi Team,


I sign up for this ticket as well - my offesnive set (standard one) dissapeared similar way, only piece of boots stayed. I lost my epic 5* helmet with 12% atack and 13% def stats on +13 lvl. Ticket is raised. Kindly please fix this isse as it seems could be wide spread on other accounts as well. To me it happened around 2nd of May.

The tickets are not touched since 3 weeks... Only some autoresponse to search for answer on the forum. Please, this is ridiculus.

agreed 100% this is absolutely ridiculous this should be fixed already i bought my items like 4-5 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from the dev team or anything only automated emails asking about there performance... Are you kidding me after all this time the news on a performance review from me is all bad how could it be any different after they have done absolutely nothing to right the wrongs that has happened to myself and  anybody else who has lost items from the game would give that same review i could guarantee that, if the development team and gm's in the game had a yelp dot com review site it would be all very bad reviews and comment's i could and would 100% guarantee that fact

 I have not yet Spent any money on the game, but somehow I have managed to gather a few pieces of divine equipment. I've even manage to gather at least two pieces of divine offense, divine crit, and the final life I believe it's called.


I do not recall where I obtain the Divine  equipment pieces. Might anyone be able to point me in the right direction please? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much. Keep an edge on your blade on your back to the wall!

 I'm all for patience, friend, but some of the wait times for the tickets? That could end up being the death of this game. For those that do invest real money into this game, it is one of the most expensive games on a mobile phone I have ever seen. People will not  tolerate spending upwards of $100 on virtual equipment and an online game, and then not receiving the goods that they have paid for. Further, a lack of response from Plarium  very much indicates an "I don't care" attitude on the part of Plarium.


This game is terrific and has such great potential. I would really like to see it take off. It  has the high-end graphics, in-depth storylines, and meticulous skills and spells worthy of the Standard of MMRPG's : WoW. 


 With the very beneficial aspect of being able to set the game down and walk away and take care of work, real life, your family, without Leading down entire guild that was depending on you to run Karazahn, for instance.


I promote RAID as much as I can and I truly do hope this game takes off. Ignoring Player Tickets is a sure fire way to piss off the clientele, and in such a tight market of gaming, it's a death knell. Can you anybody remember the game Ultima? They chose to not listen to their players either. What happened to them? 😢


I, personally, had issues logging into my account more than a week ago, and I have yet to receive a response. I was able to fix the problem myself, but I still have received no response. That is truly unacceptable.
