I also did not receive the Arena reward after the reset this week. This has occurred twice now since playing for the past month or so.
While playing or browsing menus, my game will freeze up during the end of the Arena week, and eventually, I won't be able to interact with anything in the game or menu. I close and reopen the game, and when it finishes logging me in and bringing me to the Bastion screen, it shows a pop-up window with my ending Rank for that week along with the artifacts and gems I should have received, and then when I click the window to close the popup and start playing, none of the items are in my inventory and gems aren't awarded.
I do not have screenshots of this issue as it visibly appears like everything is awarded to you just fine, but once you close the pop-up window, no rewards are actually credited to you. By the time you check, you cannot go back to take a screenshot. It appears I'll have to keep screenshotting my rewards each week to have as reference just to confirm the next time this bug happens if this is going to be a regular issue.
After the first time it happened on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, I reinstalled the game thinking maybe it was bug with my installation. This time (2nd occurance), it happened while playing on my OnePlus 6T. Both Android 8.0.0.0.
Another user in this thread mentioned logging out and back in may fix it, however, this was not the case. I've relogged 3 times now and still no rewards of the 3 artifacts or 30 gems have been applied to my account.
I've submitted an in-game bug support request with this information as well.
Update: woke up this morning and checked the game, and it appears the artifacts from the rewards chest are now in my inventory, however, the 30 gems still haven't credited to my account. I'll post another update if they do.
