Upon further inspection, his bonechiller ability is missing what the DMG scales off for the ability (e.g. damage based on attack). That might be what's causing it

Opened him not long ago and he is very disappointing due to this bug, especially since he hasn't been ascended for me yet (so his aoe skill seems pretty useless in most scenarios so far)

Gurgoh the Augur shouldn't deal damage with his Bonechiller skill. The attacks all enemies refers that this skill affects every opponent. We forwarded to devs to correct this description.

Frost artifacts not working on Gurgoh. It could not perform extra attack.
