Hi,

The bug is quite simple, when you refresh arena opponents and the request timesout (lost connection or watev), if you hit "Retry", the server considers a 2nd refresh ... but this time using gems even if you never actually hit the button with gems on it.

So first, we're unable to see the 1rst refresh's list, and second we loose gems.

I opened an in-game ticket, which was answered with the usual generic response.

Needless to say that it would be great if the bug was fixed, and the gems refund.
