WTR (way to reproduce the issue):

Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions;

Step 2: select Undead Hordes, and find the Bloodgorged hero;

Step 3: Check the Raging Beast skill description;

Bug Description: Raging Beast is described as: "Attacks 3 times at random. Puts one of the target's Skills on cooldown."

1) This could be interpreted two different ways. Is it "all of the skills of one of the targets attacked, randomly selected, are put on cooldown" or "one of the skills of the selected target is placed on cooldown"?

2) For how long are the skills put on cooldown?

3) No Block Cooldown Skills debuff icon is represented. Is it just missing from the description or does this skill not use the Block Cooldown Skills debuff?

Not having tested this ability, I can only guess. Perhaps it's "Places a Block Cooldown Skills debuff on the target for 1 turn."?
