Device Specifics:

Apple iPhone 6 AND iPad 4th generation

Way-to-reproduce issue (WTR):

(1) Start the game.

(2) Fight in Kaerok Castle on any stage.

(3) Attempt to repeat the stage, or any round in Kaerok castle again.  Game crashes at the loading screen.  Energy Lost.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

(a) The game does not crash on any other area.  Only Kaerok Castle stages.

(b) It happens on ALL rounds of the stage, including the boss.

(c) The game still crashes EVEN IF YOU FIGHT SOMEWHERE ELSE IN BETWEEN.  In other words, let's say I fight on Kaerok Castle, then fight a dungeon, or a different campaign chapter.  That fight will NOT crash.  However, if I go back to Kaerok Castle, the game will crash.

(d) The only way to prevent the game from crashing is to RESTART the entire game (closing the app and reloading it).  This is a major pain.

(e) Changing Team members doesn't help either.  Game will still crash.

Please work to this bug fix.  I cannot farm Kaerok Castle at all because of this, and I have lost so much energy trying to figure out the problem.

Please raise ticket to our support. Please write to your ticket, the link of your forum report from this crash and  plus the following things

1.Screenshot of your hero setup

Just to add to original poster's info;

-Hero setup doesn't matter, it always crashes no matter what the character lineup is.

-Difficulty doesn't matter for normal and hard. Cannot speak for Brutal as I haven't unlocked it. (Started playing May 7th, 2019.)

-Kaerok castle stages cannot be played twice in ANY sequence. What I mean is if I play a stage, it doesn't matter what I do after that, the next time I attempt a Kaerok stage my game WILL crash. I cannot play two Kaerok stages without experiencing what FelixReborn has described.

Farming Challenges is almost impossible and excessively frustrating with this issue. Please look into this more as none of the recent updates have helped me with this issue.
