I too have noticed an issue with the level of in-game support.
I submitted one bug report in-game about an incomplete Champion skill description. I provided the Champion name, skill name, and what was lacking. The response was that:
On another bug report for a similar issue (incomplete Champion skill description) the response was for me to go talk to other gamers.
Respectfully, I hope you can understand that if you really want your players to report bugs, you need to actually accept them.
