WTR (way to reproduce the issue):

Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions;

Step 2: select Lizardmen, and find the Hurler hero;

Step 3: Check the Firebolt skill description;

Description: Firebolt is described as: "Attacks 1 enemy. Removes 1 random buff from a target. Fill this Champion's Turn Meter by 30%. Damage based on ATK."

By saying that it removes 1 random buff from a target implies the buff will be removed from a random target.

If the buff is removed from the same target as being attacked (I suspect it is so), it should indicate "the target". If it actually is a random target, it should indicate "...from a random target".
