Not receiving arena rewards
Hi there,
As some other have reported, I didn't receive the arena reward this week. I opened a ticket in-game already, yes, and it's totally useless.
The support agent is asking for a screenshot of the error to be able to investigate this issue in-depth.
How can we provide a screenshot of something that never happened? The problem is not an error, it's the absence of one.
It's understandable if you don't have the tools required to identify what happened and grant the reward to players who claim not receiving it, but please just say so if it's the case.
I'm ready to help any way I can and have done it in many other reports but this one makes no sense, support-wise.
