After completing the mission 3 arena fight and clearing stage 7 of sewers in normal mode and a couplemof other missions.

i claimed the mission rewards and it didnt show up in my mailbox or inventory.

I notice it happening often, shard rewards will be missing, potion rewards too at times.

It's frustrating considering the drop rate are already low.
