It's unplayable. Takes me a few attempts to log in then I maybe only get 3-5 minutes if that before being kicked off again.

Same issue with me, and related to this, the game crash insurance definitely doesn't work...I lose energy and have no rewards.

Thank you for the reports. We had a rough post-update period as the online increased dramatically and the game server was a bit overloaded. Right now the game developers are working on the improvements for the game server and I hope that you will notice that the number of disconnects caused by the server reduced.

Been crashing every time I try and play the game since the update this morning (07/15/2019) ..... even tried deleting and reinstalling it, Same result please fix!! unplayable

Same issue as the above two. Game is totally unplayable since the update. Screen goes black for about 5 seconds then kicks back to the home screen. It looks like it’s running in the background but the result is the same when you try and tab over to it.
I’m on IPhone 7+ if that makes a difference.

Same here. When i repeat a battle it crashes and i lost the energy. I can’t use multibattle.

My game keeps crashing as well. No refunds on energy. Just non-stop crashing. I keep sending error reports.

My game keeps crashing like it's an Olympic sport, it's getting to the point that it's almost impossible to even complete daily quest. My champions must be bored with fighting cause they love to run around in circles too.

I have the game on two accounts, one on ipad and one on a samsung device. The game crashes while loading on a very regular basis on the ipad. It crashes loading missions, arena, clanboss etc. Because the game seems to always calculate you losing resources before it finishes loading I've lost an enormous amount of energy as well as clan boss keys and arena points to this. It's pretty frustrating - especially the clan boss keys.

I play Raid on my Iphone with the most recent IOS update. I have not been able to play this morning as the game crashes within 90 seconds of opening the app.

I've lost well over 1,500 energy due to these crashes

On the beta desktop it NEVER CRASHES!
The odd thing maybe this is just coincidence but everytime a ingame new add or change in the market place seems to be when the game crashes. I cant tell for sure.

This is ridiculous. The game crashes every 5 times I try to attempt to get into a mission. I’m losing so much energy for NOTHING. I’ve filed a ton of reports and emailed Plarium several times but no response. What is going on???

I just turned the app on and bought some energy and as soon as I go into a dungeon mission, my game app closes and I lose another 10 energy. You got to be kidding me...I’m getting real tired of this...

It is worse than it has ever been.
If they are going to introduce new things they need to expect some increase in use, I guess that is what they wanted.
However, it crashes almost every time you change from one part of the game to another.
At least 5-10 a day.
The compensation is no where near the amount of energy or keys or arena tokens lost but most frustrating is that Plarium really don’t care ad long as there are people still prepared to spend money.
They have no respect for the players. If they did they would have servers that could handle the usage.
