Nice big advantage? More like a absolutely huge advantageThis. The advantage on this one is wayyyyyy higher than the void shards. Since the people bought it was told they were going to get 2 sacreds and 500 refills, they will most likely get the remainder. My profile level is 49, giving me 119 max energy. That's 58,500 energy.
Yea this one was the better pack in my opinion but again only available to a select few. That happened to be on and could buy fast enough
Youd think the game would be slightly more proactive in responding seems the only way to react may be for more people to jump on the refund bandwagon how many refunds have to be requested till they pull the game from google playHi!
Thank you for sharing your concern on this particular case with us. The game is still in beta so bugs/mistakes can happen and we everything possible to minimize the impact of such situations. In this case, the only thing that we can do is to make sure that such issues won't happen in the future and our specialists are already working on the improvements for tools which are used for the special offers now.
Thank you for helping us to improve the game!
Guys, the answer is pretty simple...
Game is still in testing mode.
They're not intentionally fking up the game or trying to handout free stuff, but if it happens, it happens.
If you're the lucky recipient, you won't be complaining.
Many of you ask for the solution of bans or data reset when launch happen, but the devs have stated multiple times that this is not happening. However, when the game launches, hopefully they will introduce new servers so that the potential boost to the player field wont have to compete with those of us that have been grinding (or accessing bugs) for months. And if this happens, personally, I will reset myself by joining one of those new servers! You should too, then you can't complain about this crap anymore :)
Or option B - maybe playing games before release isn't for you?

I normally agree with you. Where it's a pre-release/beta, there is going to buffs/nerfs/bugs/etc that will happen.
But for this it's an issue revolving around monetary gains and losses. It's a much bigger deal than fixing a bug on a unit. Especially since these aren't happening on the low tier $5 or so packs. It's happening with the end tier ones.
Add in that it's digital goods. The company loses nothing by creating these. Compensating to make the player base happy doesn't cost them a dime. And will end up losing out on money from the players that are angry about it.
A lot of players are actually unhappy with just the response from the plarium team, than the bugs. And is just another notch on the belt of what plarium does. Ninja nerfs, stealth changes, etc. And then when it comes to something with monetary value, this is how they handle it? Why would we believe they will handle it differently when it gets "released"?
