4:clicked claim reward (second novice chest 635k-1269k damage)
5:went to inbox to claim reward
6:reward wasn't there

Thanks for the detailed description.
The Clan Boss rewards are not sent to the inbox, they are credited to your account directly.
E.g. Gems are added to your balance, artifacts are added to the artifacts tab in the "Champions" menu.
