Buff +10%

not

Buff or debuff chance +10%

Also according to Marius the lvl 3 of skill will give not 40% but 33% in total (i.e. 10% to current value)

Hi! Do you mean that Debuff part should be removed from the description? RVM1975 is right, the same text is used. 

well, obviously it needs to be changed. It will always place the shield buff on himself.

'Buff/Debuff chance +10%' is confusing. If it increases the 30% shield buff by 10%, then please make that more obvious.

Right now it looks like it says '[Buff chance] / [Debuff chance] +10%'

I understand that you mean [Buff] / [Debuff chance] +10%. But as it is now, it's very confusing.
