Tormin is now just an "okay" Arena champ. Which is fine if an adjustment was really needed (but I'd argue it's fraud since you sell one thing then change it after the fact). But now he's just okay in Arena, mediocre in dungeons, abysmal in clan boss. Remember that Tormin was probably one of the most, if not the most, toughest fusion Plarium put out. Spanning 3 shard opening events, and 2 artifact enhancement that costs around 15M to 20M silver each, in a 3 week grind in the middle of Christmas season.

Plain and simple what Plarium did was a bait and switch. NORMAL companies would allow trade ins or refunds. 2 books is nothing and it's a paltry sum to get away with fraudulent practices. 

Boost Tormin's use else where either dungeons, or CB, or both, and make him look like he was worth the money and grind you put players through.
