Can you please screenshot their gearing and their masteries?

There are some masteries that can break this comp, and even classic DPS masteries that work with someone like Draco or Fayne or Anax don't typically work with Ninja. If we throw off his A1 TM boost at ALL, by skipping cooldowns on his A2 or A3, the comp usually falls apart.

None of the champs have turnmeter masteries.

Any chance he's using one of the Refresh accessories?

Nope, none of them have refresh.  I think I changed something subtle in HK's gear by mistake, and I haven't been able to speed tune the comp since.
