Okay, I haven't watched any of the cc. Does anyone know, when the Iron Fortess opens on the next cycle, if floor 7 will be available to F2P? Or does it start over from 1?

Once you open a floor, it remains open to you forever for that affinity. So once it rolls back around you'll pick up where you left off

Yes, RoseRoyal is right, I can confirm. However, please notice that you receive larger rewards for the first run to a dungeon level, but lesser on subsequent runs.
