I just pulled bloodgorged and wondering if anyone has him and how to build him I thought about speed accuracy then crit rate and crit d like perception or swift parry set ?

He's okay. For some time, I used him on my arena team, as a way of dealing with tankier setups - but Rotos eclipses him in every way, pretty much.
If you're building him for arena, just focus on his A3. Don't worry about accuracy. Your goal is to oneshot their nuker, and then slowly whittle their team down. Savage, Cruel, CR/CD/ATK.
