I've fought this enough times now that I'm convinced there's some sort of weird bug going on. Why does Deacon not use his A2 against teams running Stoneskin? Specifically, I'm running Stoneskin Cardinal, and when I'm up against Deacon teams, their Deacon always uses his A1 first.
I think the AI is bugged against stoneskin for all champs. My ramantu opens with a1 against stoneskin if I am not using a team with AI preset

I think this makes sense. The AI decides that losing one debuff is worth skipping all of them which is a bit odd.
Tested this vs 3 different Stoneskin Cardinal teams, Deacon (no presets) opted to go A3 into A1 each time, obviously did the opposite vs. standard arena teams with no Stoneskin.
